Whatever that thing is (looks like a penguin on a sled, but that's just me) isn't very good at jumps. I could only get it to land 1.

line ridin came first, it was the university project of some dude. then the line flyer dude came along and stole his idea, added in some other stuff and marketed it. line flyer is also easier than rider. Still we've wasted so much time on that at work recently.

Yeah its very possible, play it, make a box and fill it in (which takes a long time) and watch him fly =)....i've def. been playin this non-stop since Sir posted it :bunny:

It has to be as crimson says... Because I cant get straight lines like that for a thousand dollars! Also its really hard to write.. lol I learned that after trying it. I made a 5 minute video with 4 loop da loops and a few jumps. I was going to post it on youtube but I don't know how. It was funny, I kept going by sheer luck alone. *didnt have undo.

Yup, I just found a blog with a bunch of videos, and video tutorials on how to make him do a forward flip start, how to make straight lines, etc. etc.

Is there anyway to make a perfect curve for ultra awesome jumping?

I actually paused the video to learn how they made those great curves. I can't really describe it. I'll make a video showing how to do it with MSPaint when I get home, maybe that will help some people out.

Simple Geometry. Draw a right angle. From the top of your y axis (vertical), draw a straight line to a point on the x axis (horizontal) close to where the x and y axis come together. Start a little lower each time on the y axis, working your way outwards on the x axis and voiala a perfect curve 8)

HA! I made a consecutive loop de loop containing 4 loops. Didn't have enough speed to make the 5th one. :(

I also made a launch pad, which was, to put it simply, awesome! The G force would of been crazy on that thing! lol it looked like he was having a seizure going down that thing!

THATS WHAT IT NEEDS! (aside from shape inserts, magnifying lenses, easier straight lines, more blood! and maybe some flames for your crazy speeds that you can occasionally reach?)

It needs a "G meter"! So you can see how many G's you are getting! That would be cool...

Didn't check the year as there was just a thread about line rider if I remember correctly that was being discussed maybe a month or so ago. As that was when I found out about the game. I used search and this one came up.

Well I guess the dead were a little more dead than I had thought. Either way, the run is pretty epic. Now off to find that other thread as I am not going crazy, least I don't think so.

Edit: I can't find another line rider post for the life of me. It must have been on the other forum I don't frequent to often. Well, my apologies for rising the dead, although that is probably better than a whole new thread. Check out the run if you like it. Artistically it is pretty cool. A little too much time on his hands but the art direction is sweet.

Line Rider was HUGE in Middle Schools / Junior High Schools not too long ago. Even in the High Schools it was fairly well known. oh McDonald, you clever bastard you...

Unfortunately for McDonalds, I always become ill fairly quickly after eating their food. I can't think of any other fast food chain that I've been to that does that to me. Hmmm, well surely their food is no worse for you than any other fast food right?
