Um, I don't know lol. How about $20 for RAM and $50 for the video card? Both prices are negotiable but I wouldn't like to go much lower for the video card; brand new lowest price for a 6600GT AGP 4X/8X is like $100 and I only used mine for <2 months. The RAM I am willing to go lower on though; these are only 5 min. estimates.
