I seen the other post about americas army and i know how much that game blows. I've been playing WarRock for the last few weeks. Its totally free, no training and it supports physX cards if you got em.

for a free game, that is awesome. it looks like its right up there with battlefield 2, except with physx support attached. im definitely checking this out once im done with a few other things today.

I did check it out a while ago, and I must say, Im not too impressed.
I just didnt like it that much.

well sure the game play is like every game thats come before it. Here's the kicker... It supports PhysX. So i'f you've just blown all your cash on the card and want to see the improvment without shelling out for a new game at $50-80 a pop, then try this game out. Its actually not that bad of a game, decent grafix, controls, and weapons.

Im not sure what the prizes are but i know they hold tournaments and the winners get weapons that the general public doesnt get. Beyond that, i dont know about any prizes.

Well I just played WarRock... it reminds me of AAO and Halo combined. Pretty fun game! Now if I could just figure out which air craft to shoot and which not to shoot lol

Update:

My god, I just got friggen murdered!!! That was a blood bath! Pop up, dead, pop up, dead, try to run for my life, DEAD! Finally make it to another base, grab a tank, then get shot and killed out of no where!!!

I'm taking a break from this game lol that is just ridiculous.

Anyone still playing this? I'm on as sgtrick. I like playing on the medium sized maps - usually death matches. It's all good for a free game as far as I'm concerned. I agree with SnowFire though, the spawn killing sucks major ass. Look me up sometime if you're on.

Have any of you played True Combat:Elite. Its a Wolfenstein Enemy Territory mod wich is a 100% free FPS. For what is is TC:E is extremely good, it runs smoothly and well (I play it on a Laptop running Celeron and 512 Ram. No problems whatsoever) The graphics recently have become extremely good, if you like Battlefield and War Rock its definately worth a look.

At first, I was a bit bummed because I can't afford the Ruby Orb to match my board. But the Golden Orb actually matches the yellow on the board and should mix nicely. At least thats what I am hoping. I was planning on getting some first generation gold orb's to use for the south and north bridge chipsets, but that isn't an option now. (money)
