LCD screen help

I'm looking for help with installing LCD screens in a mod...

Some examples would include a PSP screen, a flip down travel tv screen, and then a 15''/17''/19'' monitor(just something with that extra power cord.

If there is a post out there with information on this already please post a link, since the forums changed a few articles may have been moved or something.
