Fan pimpage?

Hey

just bought my brother a new case, (iCute, mesh front with a 12cm fan, side with a 20-25cm fan...

Thing is, I have a blue CCFL to my disposal, and a clear non-LED fan, what kinda cool effects would I be able to pull off?

Was thinking of covering the CCFL then making a really thin gap that the light shines through, and gives the fan a cool outer ring glow...

try experimenting with back lighting the components. like perhaps the drive cage area. or you just stick to the tried and true method of just concealing it near the edges of your window. either way, i suggest hiding the light tube itself from viewers, it gives a much nicer look in the end i think.
