Case sought

I have 2 issues:

1) My computer keeps powering off and rebooting. I am using a "Q-TEC PSU 550WP dual fan gold" powersupply with a "ASrock P4i65G" motherboard. Any ideas on how to solve this one?

2) I need a case with 29cm of hard disk space. This will get me six hard drives with a separation of 2cm between each. Aside from this I need space for two CD drives. Is there a case that can match this? I don't ming a bit of modifying.

What is going on when it reboots, running any program or random? How many HDD's are hooked up and CD drives? Might be that you are spreading the power too thin. I would try unhooking everything not essential and see if it still occurs. If not, start adding things one at a time until it reproduces the problem. This is the basic troubleshooting method I suppose.
