I happen to have a Sunon 90 mm. It's not the quitest, but it pulls a LOT of air.

Just to give an idea, the specs of the sunon 90mm fan are

2300 RPM, 41.0CFM, 30dBA

I know I have a fixation, but I like the clear TT (http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/2005/dcfans/led/bluesmart.htm) ones :)
or the black (http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/2005/dcfans/standard/9025a.htm)
The Thunderbirds (http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/product/DCfan/LEDfan/thunderblade/thunderblade90/thunderblade90.asp)are not loud at all

are they 90mm or 92mm? either way, you could always get a nice fan and just change the voltage that goes to it. you can do this many ways, you can do the common 7volt mod or get a resistor, or (i hate this idea personally) go but a fan controller. you could always take the high road...DIY fan controller!!! ^_^

What kind of soldering/electronic knowledge do you have?

EDIT: wow, this fan (http://www.xoxide.com/scythe-silent-100mm-fan.html) looks impressive actually, and the price isn't bad for the CFM/dBA ratio

If you hate the fan controller, I personally hate the 7volt mod (http://www.silentpcreview.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4260&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0&sid=11158fef776aced1e21178bfc7815cb9)

Scythe products ROCK! The fans are silent, efficient, and inexpensive. For the quiet fan, check out some of cooler master's fans.

i had taken some 92mm fans out of old P2s and i didnt have money at the time, just tools. my first window mod had a 92mm fan out of a P2 stuck in the side, and for the first 2 months, no plexi. lol

haha nice.
the fan in the side window must be a pain, cuz you cant open up the side all the way w/o unplugging it
yeah, i modded a p2 case for my first one also, and i used a modern psu, so it didnt right, so my friend and i improvised and cuta bigger hole and drilled new screwholes. so yeah
