I have a small problem. My case comes with a 120mm fan at the rear and a 120mm fan at the front. The rear fan is fine, but the front one lacks a sufficient port to suck air in. The front bezel of my case is solid plastic, with no openings except for one, at the bottom. Unfortunately, the USB & Audio header blocks the port just about completely.

Stupid design. Because its so sealed I dont think the front 120mm fan is doing much of anything useful. I want to make a port of some kind to suck in air, but the hole needs to be neat, and blend in nicely with the overall case look.

I also have to be wary of the wires and the acrylic LED light things at the back and side, as to avoid damaging them. I also have never cut plastic in my life, much less have it look good at the same time. I've read a few tutorials, but any additional tips would also be nice.

The first thing that comes up to my mind is: move your power button, leds, and all, to the 3.5 drive bay you dont seem to use, them perform a cool and nice ghetto hole (the use of a dremel might be needed, lucky you ;) ) Or cut the hole around ( not all around) the power switches and on the sides of the front bezel. (once again, the use of the dremel is recommended :) )

Moving the buttons to a 3.5 bay is a good idea.

In my sig there is a link to a tutorial defyant made a while back. He has a couple of worklogs posted on this forum, search for them to see examples of his work. He knows how to make blowhole and make it look damn good.
