Acryllic side

Hi im starting to mod a case but i have never done it before. What i want to do is make the entire right hand side of the case acryllic but have the rest metal.
Is this possible? If so could someone please give me a link to a forum or a site that shows me how? Thanks.

Do you mean like half and half? Split down the middle?

if you mean just the side then all you gotta do is cut it off, cut your acrylic down to size and secure it? i thought this was the basic stuff?

Might not seem so basic to someone who hasn't done it before.
