You might want to stretch to a Dual Core 2 Duo, gives you more bang if you're spending over £100. This month's Custom PC has a run down of all the main processors and is a good place to start.

I take it yemstar that you are British as you are looking on ebuyer.com. I would advise staying away from ebuyer as they are quite over-priced.
I would advise looking at Microdirect (http://www.microdirect.com)

MSI aren't too bad actually. Neither is AsRock.

I don't know -- I'd much rather prefer something by a more well-known company, such as ASUS or DFI. If I had the choice, I'd definitely go with DFI, however. UV Reactive parts on the mobo, high quality capacitors, onboard 7.1, Firewire, and a plethora of other bells and whistles -- and they're stable and great for OCing. Oh, and it's not a matter of if they make mobos for it -- it's a matter of how much it costs. =]
