My best overclock was a Celeron D 2.4ghz @ 3.26ghz 1.6 volts with a Coolermaster Mini water cooling kit. Damn thing was barley stable. I crashed Windows about four times before it stabilized. After tweaking the cooling a bit (adding more water to the resevoir, turning up the fan, etc.), I got it Prime95 stable. It idled at about 41C, and maxed at about 53C, give or take 2C. That was a lot of fun :D Now if only it was an AMD64 3000... buwahaha!!!! :D

I've heard of some really crazy A64 overclocks, especially with the newer Venice cores. I wonder... hehe!

to date my best oc was 2.5 ghz on a 2500 barton that was pelt cooled (ill upload the cpuid and sandra bench) as well as the second one to max out the 250 FSB on the nf7s right behind oppainter (a few hrs behind him...damn)

unfortunately i havent had good overclocker components yet, the best was my xp 3200+ running at 2640Mhz, but my next setup will be a DFI board with an A64 Venice ;)
MS btw the Venice cores truly rock. check it out here (http://forums.bigfootcomputers.com/showthread.php?p=200348#post200348). 3350MHz with the 3200+ :D

my best OC would have to be my old 1700+ running at 2.2ghz w/1.7 vcore. running it with a copper hsf, no water. stays nice and cool too. not the greatest OC in the world, but 2.2 ghz for 45 dollars isnt too bad

my current oc is only 2.5GHz on a 3500 winnie in a A8N-SLi. weak, I know. but I have to keep my fsb low in order to maintain 1T timings. I prolly just need better ram. 2.5Ghz@250 x 10, HT: 4x, Kingston Value 1GB PC3200 (333 2.5,3,3,7).

I squeezed 382hp out of 2.2 liters, that count? seriously my best overclock was over 50% increase MHz, I forgot which model but it was a 300MHz celeron I think that hit over 450MHz, to date no other overclock has been greater, google highest overclock celeron.

That's a project I'm going to work on over the summer :D. I am getting a p2 mother board with a slot to socket 370 converter and the fastest socket 370 i can get to work in it is gonna be overclocked. It also has 4 SDRAM slots so i can put probably 512 mb of ram in it. Heh. good pc for sitting on the desk and not doing much.

I ran my p4 2.6 at 3.575 (1100fsb) and it was completely stable. I will be trying for higher after I get my northbridge cooling done.

My best OC is a AMD 2500XP+ (Barton) 1833MHz that Oc's to 2083MHz Rock Stable and is usable but not reliable @ 2167MHz. I'm Using a Thermaltake A1135 Dragon ORB 3 (Copper Air cooled HS).

My Sempron 3100, 1800MHz stock just purrrrrrs at 2450MHz. Unfortunately my RAM sucks, so I don't really get much of a performance boost other than for pure calcs.

I took it down to stock after having tested it, since I couldn't stand the wind noise needed to cool the thing, but it was stable enough to complete all tests and games I could throw at it for a few hours
