Glad you like the posts. I'm trying to lure in unsuspecting noobs with the promise of brain-candy...

Oh yeah, don't be pissed at me but I accidentally misspelled your name and it was too late to fix it by the time I noticed.

I love Crosswords!

Gonna get crackin, but hell, i think i'll leave it open for someone else to get the Gift Certificate...after all, there's no Applebee's in the UK!

And the +5 rep i just gave you makes you officially the highest Rep on the boards. Congrats man, first to 3 scales! woot!

Hey Dave, you ever get my card?

The mailman might have eaten it...he's a bit of a dick. I've got most of the crossword now Jon, a few i can't get without cheating and looking them up...sending you a scan of my progress!

lol...this is the same guy who left xmastree's Apple touchpad outside in the rain. In my back garden. Then again, there's still a good chance it will turn up, the mail system in the UK is pretty slow.

Yeah Dave, I have certainly heard enough of the problems with you mail system to officially be appalled. Mail over here is pretty good, I mean, I have my complaints, but when I hear about your mail it makes the USPS sound god like.

You should deal with the Chinese mail, things can get there most of the time, but next to nothing makes it out. 0/5 packages or envelopes made it here from Kaifeng and 0/1 from Shanghai. It's more reliable to send blind homing pigeons.

DaveW

Some people in Scotland still use homing pigeons. We have pigeon lofts dotted all over Glasgow, despite it being an urban environment. Someone finds a patch of disused land, and bam, 3 story pigeon loft.
