Well umm, Media Player Classic, VLC (I beleive).

I am seconding Media Player Classic (http://sourceforge.net/projects/guliverkli/) and VLC Media Player (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/). I personally use Media Player Classic as my primary video player, but VLC is great for playing those troublesome video files. Usually if they don't work in VLC, they don't work at all.
