As you know I have been pushing my blog

/SP's Tech Tips/ (http://www.simonpearce.net)

So I far I was getting only a few visitors a day. I have allways been a fan of the site http://www.digg.com the site where people add content and it gets voted up or down. Well anyway I added digg buttons to my site and some one dugg one of my blog entries and I got like a couple of 100 visitors in one day probably more. But also since I had google add sense a couple of people clicked on my links and I got a few dollars.

So if you make a site and work at it you can get visitors.

Big Digg Fan Here...

Digg.com is great for getting traffic to your web site ... in one HUGE burst. Its been known to take down many a web site if your server is not equipped to handle the tons of requests it will ultimately get.

The bad thing about getting dugg (besides being flooded to extinction) is that its just a burst for about 36 hours, then it dives down to near pre-digg status after around 72 hours. Your off the radar in 3 days.
