Kingston was a client of mine, so I don't think I should enter. ;)

I hope this'll come by next year. That's when I'll have my computer exactly the way I'd like it to be. It's not worthy now. It still sports the P3 and I still need DDR2 RAM before I can fire up my Athlon 64 X2. :(

Ah, he has discovered teh loophole. I like your reason for editing: lol
Besides, I would only use my PC anyways. I just need another year and it'll probably win that contest.

Just a little light hearted fun.
If I complete MK by the deadline (if there is one), I might even enter :)

These things always get judged so that underdogs win. Which is great up till the point where someone with a scratched black side panel with a window the shape of a limp dick beats you to first place.
There's a reason i don't enter competitions-not because i'd lose, but because i'd be bitter about it. All the damn time.

Oh wait, I cant enter, I dont use their mem :/
bah, who cares, more of MK to myself :P

You dont have to use their memory.
We're looking for a unique, customized rig that showcases Kingston HyperX memory. << Says that on the website.

How much is that RAM?
Real modder/computer geek answer:
You need this in order to make that...
How much does it cost?
Nice one Mitternacht
Here:
512MB - 590NIS ($139)
1024MB - 1090NIS ($258 ).
That X1 of each of course.

Sorry, did not want to offend you. It happened too often to me, maybe it's a reason why I cant upgrade my comp as fast as I want. I really laugh at your answer...

Maybe you can get some of their heatspreaders and put them on your current RAM.

Screw that. Everyone here with another brand of ram should enter. Its not like what ram you've got has anything to do with dictating the design for your computer case. Hell, you could probly get away with it if you didnt have close up photos of the ram.

Yeah, earlier today I was really pissed off, plainly because nothing at work was going right, so thanks for not negative repping me guys.
*fires the back on topic cannon*
I think it's funny how you have to have that kind of RAM already, just to win an identical stick of it. I say buy the RAM, take a shot at winning it, then if you win or lose, sell the RAM if you don't need it. If you did the RAM, you now got a free stick of it, even after sellling the one you bought. Or look at it as a buy one get one free.
Then there's always claiming you have it and clip heat spreaders on it like Silenced_Coyote's idea.
