Looks pretty sweet for the price. But is that a good thing or bad?

Flexiglow products are solid products in my book.

The mouse is also Ambidextrous for all those lefties and confused people out there.

Here is the company's page.

Here are some reviews

and

and

The reviews say it is good.

My Opinion: Bargain!

Hope this helps.

+Rep for simon, and +Rep for sly IF you can tell me what makes the trackball so special.

I need a new mouse and keyboard...

I got my first trackball (this one) (http://www.logitech.com/lang/images/0/12177.jpg) about 4 years ago. During those years I've tried a couple of them, but always return to that model. It's the only one that I recommend.
I first got it to help with a problem with my wrist (most of us know what I mean) Need some time of practice before you can use it on everyday work, not really usefull in games, but after a while, it become like a third hand.
On differents programs like AVID, I found that I was able to do more and faster. Dragging a timeline never been so easy.
But I must admit that most people dont like it, and feel disoriented on it. May not be for everyone.

and you talk about the keyboard, if the reason you're changing is the wrist problem, think about the microsoft Natural Keyboard 4000. (http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouseandkeyboard/productdetails.aspx?pid=043) The only thing I dont like about this keyboard is the multimedia features: no REW/FFWD

I d say that it depend on your way of writing. If you're a 2 finger writer, search your letters on the keyboard, this one is not for you. But if you know your writing, it's wonderfull.

The best way to shop a keyboard is to go to a store, spend a lot of time trying each keyboard till you find THE one for you.

Things to check:
Feeling of the keys
Feeling of your wrists
do you like the features

Finding The right Keyboard can be a real jiggsaw, but it's better than choosing the wrong one

Edit: Oh and thx for the reps :)

Whether or not I get +rep doesn't matter.

Trackballs are better (in my opinion) because you use mainly your fingers, not your whole arm to move the pointer around. In FPS games, lifting and moving the mouse gets annoying and wears you arm out quicker, and lifting and moving in general isn't healthy. Trackballs also reduce the wear and tear on you desk if you don't have a mousepad, which by the way, you don't even need with a trackball. Optical trackballs are in every way superior to their older wheelie counterparts, which are terrible. You can be more precise (again, in my opinion, and from experience) with a trackball, heck, I got about 150% better in BF2142 with a trackball than with a mouse. The whole trick is to find one that's comfortable for you, and to practice with it, and it won't take long for you to join sly, simon, and I in our little world of using trackballs instead of mice. Surprisingly, they aren't as common as mice, but then again, people tend to hate "new" things, and "drastic" changes in things, such as from mice to trackballs. Oh well... hope this helped you learn something Dave, and with luck, makes you decide to at least try a trackball. Here's the one I have (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16826104108), it's $20, and comfortable, a good starter or for low budget peoples, like me.
