Sorry dude, but that's definitely Thunderbirds. I grew up on that show and would recognize it anywhere. Hit Up Jeff Tracy on an image search via google, you'll find the same picture.

My fave show was by far Captain Scarlet. It's about a guy who is accidentally made indestructible by an alien force known as the 'Mysterons'. He has the greatest quotes, and quite happily threw himself into mortal peril. My Favourate: Captain Blue and Captain Scarlet are driving their truck down the runway, trying to stop the president's plane from taking off.

Scarlett: It's no good, I'll have to drive into the undercarriage!
Blue: No Captain Scarlett, that would kill us both!
