On Monday I ordered a Case and PSU from Aria (www.aria.co.uk) After my order I found a better deal from another site, and went to cancel my order from Aria. It seemed simple enough, filled out a form on their website and sent it off. I had no reply to this cancellation request, and when I checked my bank account on wednesday to discover that Aria had removed £140 from my bank account. I have since sent 2 more cancelation requests, and am still awaiting a reply. The money still remains out of my account.

Say they never got these cancelation requests, which could happen, seeing as they are still breaking in the new website. I requested, and paid extra so my order could be delivered today. Has it turned up? No!

So: No Product, No Money, No Response!

I can definately say, I will be avoiding this company in the future.

I know that it will get sorted out in the end.. whether that means you get the items or you get the money I'm not sure!

Yes, but its Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00. Which is a bit awkward for me, i'll try find the oppertunity to ring on Monday.

After having a swift look through NewEgg, i really wish I could use it. :(

To counter your problems in the matter of fairness, I've bought from Aria about 6 times and never had a problem, always had next day delivery even ordering as late as 4pm. They do have some good prices.

Yea, im sure its a one off, or happens rarely. I went there in the first place because of a fantastic price!

Yea it was. Someone had one for sale in the local rag. I was amazed to find it. (Its an ebay style format.) :)
