Like Style XP (http://www.tgtsoft.com/prod_sxp.php)? or directly in Windows?

theres also programs such as Litestep (http://www.litestep.net/), which completely reskin the interface. Its kinda tricky to first set up, but you can find some already compiled versions if you look around a bit.

DesktopX is an okay program... I prefer Style XP though.

www.wincustomize.com has loads of skins and everything else...

or are you talking about in the control panel where you can adjust for visual or for performance?

I used styleXP to create an 'Apple' effect.

I'd say your average dumbass wouldn't know it was windows.

heh the stock panther skin.......... kinda sux..... just like style XP.....window blinds PWNs .... fer the fact that it also has a mac skin..... but it moves the yellow green and red buttons to the left of the window..... which is more to detail with tru macness...... not to mention its got animation..... transparency change of sounds with the theme.....the works...... much better than style XP heh

the BEST program to do this, isn't style xp, it's not windows blinds, it's.....

*drumroll please*

WINDOWS ITSELF!

There is a patch you can download (i don't know, am i allowed to post it?) that will allow you to bypass the windows theme approval system. This way it will allow you to run 3rd party themes (i have an OSX one) without using a third party program, and not taking up more memory then windows would normally.

Ugh, I hated Windows Blinds. It slowed down my computer so bad. I could barely render ANYTHING at all on C4D. On a bigger render, my computer completely froze.

And I had the OS X theme for it too, and that got old really fast always going to the right to minimize, only to find the button on the left.
