Well I don't know about the changing colors part. You'll have to do that on your own. Its probably not all that hard, I'm sure someone knows something about how to do it.

Do you have a computer case that has a window or are you in the market for one? Newegg.com has TONS of computer cases. If you can't find one to your liking there, then you are a lost cause. lol

Newegg.com also has lights for your computer too. You either want Cold Cathode (which are the tubes) or LED's (which are... LED's). Once you have your lights picked out, you will have to figure out how to get them to change colors. Which means you'll have to buy something that you can plug them into that will do it for you.

there is a product out there... in case u don't wanna build it yourself, that is.. i saw it long long time ago on performance-pcs.com.. it had 3 leds in a capsule, RGB.. you had 3 pots used to dim the color channel you wanted, going from pure red or green or whatever to bright white light.. :) nifty :)

well i think your sol on a case that does that but if you buy a couple of cold cathode flourescent lamps http://xoxide.com/coldcathodes.html
as well as a sunbeam light controller or "chameleon" heres the link http://xoxide.com/sunbeam-chameleon-light-controller.html

what you would wire the lamps to the light controller and install it in a cd rom drive bay or 5 1/4" bay and you can control the lights with that if you find a different solution or a case with what you are looking for let me know id love to see it

Looks like you might be interested in Lazer LED's Dancing lights..
http://www.glowire.com/casemods.htm unfortunately there isnt alot of information on the site, but maybe an email to them could solve that. The other thing they carry are color changing leds on this page at the bottom.
http://www.glowire.com/Lazer%20LEDs.htm Again there isn't alot of information on the page. There are also a few sites that have some diy circuits you could build if you are so inclined. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

EDIT:
Found their ordering page and it looks like they are 15 bucks a piece.

EDIT2:
Ok .. Remembered one more thing.. After Halloween my wife bought a Pumpkin light that changes colors using leds. Here is a link to a place you can buy them and they are pretty cheap. It will need to be adapted to run off of PC power, and it runs off of 3 AAA's (4.5 Volts) so it may be fine using the 5V off of a molex for it. We have a similar version and it will change from one color to another automagically. Anywho. here is the link.
