is it possible?

i have some super glue and i need these wires to be connected, and i dont have a soldering iron. they are small 5v red and black wires

I guess it's possible.
You would want to strip the wires and twist together first though, using te glue as a means of stopping them from untwisting.
Then use a little tape to stop any chance of shorting out.

its just to keep them from untwisting

I use masking tape for what I do

or Duct tape.

Super glue can cause some issues and removing it involves some nasty chemicals. A hot glue gun is a better option.

Careful with that duct tape. Some brands have a conductive backing...

Because duct tape is designed for hvac ducting, not the inside of electronics.
Use either electrical tape or hot glue. Super glue can have corrosive effects on certain plastics.
