Video capture device

I have a USB video capture device I bought a few years ago. Has the composite red white and yellow input, and s-video input. It's a good device, records quality. But it's starting to wear out on me. So I'm looking for something new. I suppose I want it to be PCI. I would like it to have a TV tuner I guess, as well as S-video, and of course composite inputs. Are there any with component inputs too? Meh, I need the composite more than the component anyway.
