I've seen it before, but I could not remember the name of it. It was something along the lines of a foam spray that hardened into a plastic-like material. I thought it would come in handy for making custom plastic parts.
Hint: I'll be making a custom piece for the CPU :D.
lmao santas here in february :santa: .

i'm not shure, its plastic
i think is a tipe of foam that gets realy hard when it drys, and after it has dried, you use bondo, or filler over it
though i may be wrong ...
theres expanding insulation foam. (just used some to seal up a hole in my basement). But after it sets its similar to styrofoam.
You could use that to sculpt the piece. Cover it in bondo like GT40 said. Then if you really wanted to you could make a cast of it and fill that with resin to get a "plastic" piece.
Or there may be an easier way, but I'm not sure how to do it that way or I would have told ya:p.
