Inspired by The Great Satan's thread (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6467) I got thinking about what everyones computer desk or office looked like, so to start off, here's mine:

I'll say it's either the motherboard or the TBCS desktop background is what you saw first.

Ahhh!
Well I have a few bike pics up on my wall too:
http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/7679/1004sr6.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
From the bottom there is my Black Vespa with a friends newish pink Vespa. This pic actually ended up in a scooter magazine over here.
Above left is my old Yamaha XJR1300 with me enjoying a ride. It was written off when a car t-boned me and busted up my leg nicely.
To the right of that is a pic of an identical R1 to mine.
Above that in the middle is my TDM850 out on a country back road near a disused rail line. The other pics are just ones I like and printed out.
There is all sorts of bike bits and bike pics throughout my place, like the 19 foot long Vespa banner in my Loungeroom... :D

I was thinking of making a post like this a few days ago, but anyways, I'm going to give you an image tour of my room. Why? Because I just got my hands on a digital camera last Sunday, and this is my first time taking any real pictures, and posting them on a forum. So please bear with me.
Here are two shots of my entire desk/computer area:

A view of the top of my entertainment center. I've been thinking of adding some sort of red light behind the skull, to light up the poster. I think that would look pretty awesome in the dark.

And there you have it, my entire room in 20 pictures XD. After cropping all of those images, I have to give props tot he people who keep up a steady worklog, that takes a long time.
PS: I wish I was cool enough to have more than one screen :( Hell, I wish I had a reason for more than 1 screen XD.
PSS: My Game collection can't beat Spawn-Inc's collection, I don't put too much money into games any more. BTW: Really nice RE4 set up there!

Nothing too special but I call it home. The 3 machines on the floor (1 linux, 1 FreeNAS, and 1 windows) are hooked up to the analog ports on the secondary monitor via a 4 port KVM. That way I can use them in tandem with my main machine. With Synergy (http://synergy2.sourceforge.net/) I use 1 keyboard and mouse with out having to switch all the time. :)

Airbozo;
I used to move the desk all the time too, and then my wise and wonderful 10 year old pointed something out to me.
"Daddy, why would they make a desk like this? Noone would buy it. I bet there's a way to get the computer out easier."
So she looked and lo and behold, the black top that the monitor (and in myc ase my little switch box) sits on is removable. Take off the monitor and the top of the desk lifts right off, easy in and out for your computer.
Of course my friggin armor case is too heavy to be lifting up and down so I just removed the little slidey keyboard shelf and the computer slides right out the front... easy peasy.

Well, I spend a LOT of time at the computer. Most of the time, I'm watching a video, playing a game, or doing something else like that, too. Plus, having a big chair at my computer is nice. I got the chair from my mom's boyfriend who, after he moved, didn't have room for it in his living room. So alas, I got a really comfortable chair.
Besides, my last chair was beginning to fall apart. It was held together by a complex system of Duct Tape and Zipties.

I have that same stereo, except I have 6 more speakers hooked up to it. Its pretty nice. I like my old one better only because it doesn't have the volume limitter thing with it like that one does. But it is nice. I can hook up a game system, my pc, anything to the aux, and just switch between them with the flick of a button. I really like that feature to it.
Ive been thinking about building new speaker enclosures so each set of 4 speakers are in one box instead of each individual speakers.
Just wanted to say I have that one and its nice.
