What do you think of my water cooling setup. I was originaly going to make everything myself but I figured this way was cheaper and would offer better performance.

RADIATORS

4x140mm heatercore or Air conditioning radiator

And this dual 120 fan rad

How about the Laing D5 (http://www.thecoolingshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/2291) pump instead of the D4 you picked?

I would skip watercooling the hard drive for sure. Probably the VRMs too.

I think that 4x140 heatercore is enough. I doubt the extra 2x120 radiator would help much.

When looking for fans for radiators. You want to find ones that are rated for high static pressure because of the tightly packed fins. This is more important than CFM. I'm not sure if this is a good analogy but think of 2 cars. The sports car is the high CFM fan. A truck is the high static pressure fan. Now put a giant trailer/boat (radiator) on both. You would want the truck.

right thats the pumps changed

I chose the fans because they are quiet and I can get them cheap but what do you suggest I should get. The dual rad is for the graphics cards the heatercore is for the rest iv got my case cut for those so I aint changing it and that means I dont have to have fast spining noise fans.

You probably know this, but just in case. Here is a page out of a watercooling article about heater cores. It's got a few good bits of info.

How about this Panaflo fan?

You could always slow those fans down.

The blocks you chose are fine.

EDIT:
Actually, I would recommend the Swiftech Apogee GT CPU block.
