I believe FlashFXP is simply an FTP transfer program, to be used only as a client.

You need an FTP server before you can upload to it. Uploading to ftp isn't hard at all, but you can't do so if it doesn't exist.

I'm assuming that both computers are running under XP.
Simply run the small network agent (control panel/Network connections/Network setup wizard) on both computers and activate the files sharing. You only need a cross cable. Et Voila...

Yeah, I transfer files between two computers without FTP. I just have them networked is all.

Yeha, I transfer files between two computers without FTP. I just have them networked is all.

Exactly what I would do. Just enable file sharing on the folder that you need to grab the files from. Browse your network, and you're done. Do you NEED the FTP for something else?

i trust you're using a mod chip, in which case the xbox would have a preinstalled ftp server allowing you to connect to it. if you notice, you can't do it the other way round (unless you share those files on a windows machine and connect to it using an xbox that will view said shares)

Yep. Just like everyone else said, transfering files between networked computers is simple. I just misunderstood you when you said FTP...
