A little help with posting pics?

Well, I've never posted pics in a forum, I'm ashamed to say, and I need a little help. Can I post images directly from my computer, or do I have to find a hosting server and link to the pics? I'm lost, so any picture help would be fantastic :)

So, I have to load all my pics up to a hosting server like bbzzdd, and then link them here? I can't just send an image directly from my computer to TBCS?

i like using photobucket for image linking. it's good and easy to use.
