silent psu

i want to build a external fanless psu for a system that comprises of just the mobo and a hard drive.

only one molex is neccessary.

i dont have any idea how to wire up the 20pin mobo connector, or what voltage the mobo runs at.

can anyone help me?

that doesnt really help me, i can find out what colors the wires are by looking at the connector on my current psu.

what i want to know is what voltage goes where.
