Getting Sponsored

Hello all!

I am really into computer building and modding but now that I am out of a job (and will be for a few years) I no longer have any money to devote to system building. Is there any way to get sponsored? Progbuddy gave me a few companies I should write to but I am unsure of what to write.

Can anyone assist me?

Well, usually you have a portfolio to show, and you have to have a purpose to get sponsored.

Give pictures of what youve done, and ask if the companies if they can sponsor you for "This" contest

be sure to tell them that you will mention their name ... you know, that kind of stuff.

I live in Germany too but since I am American I have no clue just like you ^_^

Try the Hornbach though, you can probably get some tools there.

What if you only have one thing done? Like one computer? And it's not extensively modded (only a little bit)

You're going to need a good reason to get sponsorship. I contact companies in order to get them to send us stuff for the modder's challenge competitions, and even that proves difficult. They'll want to know what's in it for them, so make it good.

Yea, try....getting your exsisting mod, and zazzing it up a bit..get it featured on a website or something, that usually helps.
