What the hell is the "Modder's Vault," and why is it locked? Yeah, yeah, stupid question, but still... and no, I'm not the cat that got killed by curiosity, I'm the one that pulled away at the last moment.

I haven't modded anything in my life (I think...), so I'ma not worry about the "Vault" for now... I do have a sweet idea that progbuddy and I came up with, it'll just take a little bit of patience and my own house... my parents don't want me screwing around with it, so maybe when I get a new compy in a few years...
