First i would like to take a sec to thank paul for his help on getting me privilages to post to this site, it was really un-groovy to be watching from the outside. So thanks paul. Now to the question at hand, i'm doing some research for my debute into the modding world and was wondering if anybody know if there is UV coolant that glows white?

Welcome aboard! Sorry for the registration problems, I know the owners of our dedicated server were doing some maintenance recently, and that may have caused the problems.
Hmmm..white UV dye I havent heard of..

White UV Coolant? I don't think White UV exists, but thats not important. What is important is the effect you are going after. Which would be... glowing white coolant? Right?
Well as white under a UV will do, it will glow purple (at least I am pretty sure that is), the color of the UV so to say. That would be why there is no White UV coolant out there. So now we need to think of an alternative that will still give you the effects you are looking for.
Well all I can think of at the moment is having white coolant with white leds placed in such a way that would give you the effect of having glowing white coolant. How to do that? I'm not sure at all actually...
You could always just have white coolant with UV lights. That would give you a white-ish/purple-ish glow. At least, I would only assume it would that is.
**Nope, I just thought of it. But my idea is going to depend entirely on if EL Wire is water proof or not. If you don't know, EL Wire is like a LED but in string form. You could place this on the inside of you tubes which would give you glowing white coolant. ...wait, I'm dumb. You can actually tape them to the outside of the tubes on the opposite side of the viewing point. Meaning, put them where you can't see them when you look into your case.

odd, when I stand in front of my UV light wearing a white t shirt, my t shirt glows a purple-ish white color.
of course, I could be entirely wrong. I do need glasses after all. ^_^
**Hey wait! I totally remember seeing white glow white in UV light before! It was at my friends house, his socks were glowing bright ass white! ....so why does my shirt glow with a purple tint to it?? So confusing... oh well.
Well Xmastree is right, white glows white under UV light. I still think I had a good idea though. :p
Found this article on White Dye. Link (http://www.pburch.net/dyeing/dyelog/B1063361308/C763608095/E20050915110748/index.html)

I must of woken up on the retarded side of my bed today. Why didn't I think of that? lol
But anyways, since white dye doesn't exist. I would only assume that white coolant doesn't exist? ...which would mean that Milk doesn't exist. Dangit, I don't know. I feel so utterly confused right now.
Okay, well I've thought of two options that would give you glowing white. But they are probably wrong too lol. Anyways, clear liquid with white EL Wire behind it would give you the "illusion" of having glowing white coolant. It would be a pretty crappy illusion though, but it would be white. Another option is to get white painted tubes and have UV lights inside your case.
I hope that somewhere in my stupidity I said something useful. Good luck with figuring this out!

The illusion thing would only work from the correct viewing angle too.
Now milk, I like that idea. Maybe that should be reserved for a Gateway PC though.

LoL, Nice.
DevilTek, Have you thought of using... Phantom BLACK (http://www.arcticmod.com/computer-mod/fluid-xp-extreme-non-conductive-32-oz-liquid-cooling-fluid-uv-phantom-black.htm) Coolant? You could white wash your PC and have Black Coolant running in your kit. That would be pretty sweet don't you think? Or maybe even BLOOD RED (http://www.arcticmod.com/computer-mod/fluid-xp-extreme-non-conductive-32-oz-liquid-cooling-fluid-blood-red.htm)?
Is there any particular reason why you want white coolant?

Wow thanks for all the responses and idea's its getting the creative juices flowing(insert barf) maybe i can make the clear fluid milky some how(other than adding milk thanks xmastree LOL) Hummm. The case i'm doing will be themed after the house in the movie 13 Ghost, if you haven't seen do it now (just kidding no i'm not stop arguing with myself) yes i know the acting is cheesy but the story is Killer(every pun intended). i've inserted a quick pic of the design without trying to give away too much.http://s179.photobucket.com/albums/w310/DevilTeck/
Now imagine between the panels that there are Latin writings that are in clear uv paint(which i've already found) which glows white when uv light is present but invisable when not.

You should pick Blood Red if its a 13 ghosts mod. I don't think I have to tell you why. ;)
Good luck figuring out the white coolant deal. I haven't a clue about how to do it.

Thanks, after a long period of consideration(about 3 sec) i realized it will be next to nie impossable to get the desired effect, which was to match the clear uv painted lettering that will cover the walls and only glow/show when the uv light hits it:D . But as you mentioned SnowFire it will work with blood red too so thanks again for the help guys this site and the people here rock the Kasbah. Look for my work log in the next month:twisted: .
