Need Help with SketchUp

:? I'm trying to build a basic design for a future mod but I'm just started using SketchUp and I need some help. In my design I have a tube curving around and goining through part of the computer panel but I don't know how to make the tube in the program. I know you can use the circle shape then use the push/pull tool to make a tube but I need to bend the tube around and through stuff. I've tried to make lines and curves but is there anyway to join the line and curves to make a solid shape? I hope what I'm asking here makes sense. Thx for any help you guys can give me.:?

Turns out it can be used under Wine, but there are some bugs that you probably don't want to deal with just to design a case (tool bars disappear, points not lining up, etc.). It is still functional if you know where the buttons are, or the shortcuts, but Blender would probably be easier to learn than Sketchup would be to use.

well i got it installed thanks to this thread http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=368547 now is there any tutorial on how to use it because i'm lost .
