I'm out of work, skint and mostly bored so I thought I'd perhaps do something constructive.

Anyone want a sig making?

I'm not exactly DaVinci, but I'll have a go at anything once...

If ya fancy having one put together, either PM me or stick a request in here and I'll see what I can do.

Please can you be specific in what you want (and if you can't, at least a theme would be good...or a colour... or something...).

Well, I might make my own, but any advice on making them? I'd like to have one themed off my WoW character: Kruggh the Troll, talk about a sweet looking character, his pet even matches him, it also has a mohawk and tusks. I'll prolly use print-screen a bit and maybe (blurgh) MS Paint.

Heh heh... welcome, and that's one bold first impression, heh heh... take it you've been here a while without a username? :D Since you're the "Sigman," any advice on making one?

Oh i've been here before.

Photoshop. You really just have to mess around a bit on it till you get the hang of it. Start messing around with the blurs, Textures till you get the hang of it. I honestley cannot use Paint or any programs that simple anymore. Its also about style. Above is pretty simple. Textured Abaddon Font with a white outerglow, TBCS logo with a red outer glow, and the background is really red with cutups and blurs. Took me about 10 minutes to whip somthing up.

It takes practice. Tooken me nearly 4, maybe 5 years to get good enough to make somthing like that in 10 minutes. If you really want to learn photoshop, Tutorials are the best way. If you google Photoshop Tutorials, You'll find some neat stuff.

I'm probably gonna cut-paste some pics of my character from WoW, but you prolly read that already. :D I'll look at Photoshop for a while, I have DeepPaint, but that's more of a drawing program, and I can't draw well, so I don't know why I have it or my writing tablet... it had something to do with getting help in Physics...

Paint just is kinda cheap, no real tools... but yeah, I'd have to say it's their best program, heh heh...

For anyone that doesn't have $600 for Photoshop, I recommend getting paint.net. It was a grad project of some guys at WSU. I got to meet them, and at the time thought the product was pretty bad, and it is in comparison to photoshop. The program is free, however, and offers many of the same features of photoshop. You can get it by following the link.

Gimp = Awesome.
Photoshop = Awesome if you're stuck on Windoze.

If you're still taking requests I'd like to see what you can come up with for me. I'm not really sure what I would like as a sig that's probably why I haven't created one for myself yet. I guess I would like one related to my screen name but not sure how I would design that. If you have nothing better to do I would like you to go crazy and forget all the rules and see what happens when you try to make one up for a Spacehonkey.

I think overall I prefer the looks of the purple one. The dragon seems more intelligent and thats the mythos i prefer. but I think the green sig as a sig is better heh.

I want to thank you for your attempts at getting me a perfect sig... but it wasn't "quite" what I was looking for.
...so I tried myself...

I got that paint.net program, I screwed around with it for 2 days, i borrowed a little of your idea (and all of your font) and viola!

Here's what i came up with for me... hope you guys like it, cuz I do.

Rusting bolts, dark patches of metal, etc. Then, for the main part (Where that chicks' face is & the white space), some really cool looking grunge/abstract art. I'd like the word "Omega" somewhere on there, as well as "675" or "Team 675".
