Looks like a typo in the map section - the chart below shows Bermuda in the second US spot. Yup, not only do I work for the government, I'm a CPA. I see things like that. I can be picky too.

I know better than to be picky about the mods here - I'm just hoping not to get the nickname "Stumpy"!
