Helix, good drawing, I wish i could draw something close to that, then again that's why I use Gimp to splice some pics together.
Just one thing, it looks like you got inner and outer ear reversed on the right ear, buy that's just how i see it.

Plus mine actually changes width.

Omega is right, the rules state 400 X 150. Although we never updated the profile to limit it to 400, it's still set to 500.


EDIT: I changed the regular users profile to 400, and nothing exploded yet so I guess we're good.

Did you change the file size requirement too?
My sig is 450*150, but it's also less than 15k in size (Dial up friendly, uploading and downloading it, lol)
Is it still ok or should i change it to something smaller?

Yeah, it seems that changing the settings on the profile had no effect. Since things are getting out of hand on the sigs, I'm asking everyone who has not been given the OK by admins to reduce the size of their sigs to 400*150. I'll wait a day or two and then start swapping out larger sigs with our ugly "oops, my sig is too big...." banner. Exceptions to the rule include modder's challenge winners, staff who are adding TBCS related ads (like mine and Rankenphile's but actual sig graphic will be limited to standard), and anyone who has cleared it with us. Thanks everyone.

I nabbed it from a wallpaper I have.

I don't have Illustrator. I kinda wish I did since I'm a vector artist (.ai > .jpg) but I'm not about to shell out the cash and I'm also going to just stick with Photoshop 6 for now.

Trinity (new graphics) just released a few hours ago, look very nice. EVE's a game that you have to explore more than just what the AI gives you. It's too difficult and long to explain but it's got a steep enough learning curve it keeps the riffraff out. :)

I figured out how to play it but it was just tedious earning money. I wish there were a way to auto-mine stuff without being banned, lol. I'm happy with WoW atm anyway. No waiting six to eight weeks for that mining barge training to complete. :p

Firstly we have my old sig, my BaselSorian one. I love final fantasy ten, as you may tell and Pink.. well it goes without saying. this was made for me many moons ago, but still rocks socks just as well as it always did.

I like them both, but to be honest with you I am getting sick of scan lines. I think they are over used.

Also yeah, I like the scanline look (if you know how to do it), but they are overused. =p

I like the red one better though. And I wouldn't exactly call that grunge. Grunge usually doesn't have scan lines.

Cheers mate, thanks. I'm a big fan of simple designs, sharp angles and good contrast, clear, crisp lines and colors, each feature standing out on it's own and working together to make the larger image.
