What I'm trying to do is take a piece of plexi and etch some logo into it, and then I want the logo to be lit up from led lights. The question I have is if I simply drill holes in the plex and place the led inside will it work? What direction does the led have to face? should the rounded end point directly into the plexi as if the hole were drilled into the end (thin side) of the plexi? or is it better to have the led's go into a hold drilled thru the plexi so the round end of the led sticks out of the hole? Hope that makes sense. Thanks!
Defyant made extensive use of this, I'll dig up an example...

Thanks Sarge! I probably won't be back around again for a while, but don't worry - I've got something up my sleeve for you guys. About Defyant, I don't know, I haven't seen him around in a long while either. I bet he's cooking up something brilliant, however. But as I remember he has a kid, so who knows, he seems like a busy guy.
Seems to have a habit of dissapearing, does Defyant, but no doubt he shall return.
And when he does....
