OK peoples. MY setup: Intel 3.2 GhZ hyper-thread on a 925XCV Board. Also running a ATI X1800 GTO video card. My power supply is 580 watts.
My main problem is my video card, It overheats pretty bad with games. now I have it well ventilated. But still the stock fan is loud and doesnt keep it cool during multiple hours running with higher loads.

I was thinking of going with the ARCTIC COOLING Accelero X2 or the Zalman VC9. any other options that work better (other than liquid cooling)

Also I wanted to swap out my CPU heatsink its an LGA 775... any ideas there?? I dont really overclock my cpu but perhaps a little bit in the future.

This is the wrong forum to post this. The correct place would be the Ice Box (http://www.thebestcasescenario.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=51).

Have u thought of mounting a side intake fan so its blowing cool air directly onto the graphics card.
I had plenty of air flow in my pc a sid fan thrr fixed it.
Some cases get hot spots around the pci cards and a side intake fan positiond thrr prevents that,Ive noticed a lot of pep put thrr side intake fans above thrr CPU,dont put it thrr it creates a wirlpool effect an keeps hot air arround your graphics card then all your graphic card fan is doing is blowing hot air on its chip.

And about the cpu i got a 60mm to a 92mm fan adapterand put a reg 92mm fan thrr it lowerd my CPU temp to a nice 32c even on a hot days at 40c it stayed arround 35c
