Processor: P4 3.2Ghz HT
Cooler: Zalman CNPS9500 LED

RAM: 2GB Kingston pc3200

It's sort of a frankenstein computer...parts from my old comp. parts from my mother-in-law's old comp. (she got an Alienware damn her!) and a couple new parts. This should hold me over for another year or so until I can afford a brand new build...can anyone say quard core?:lick:
btw...I changed out the stock from 120mm case fan with a Thermaltake 120mm Blue LED Smartfan...this thing is not for the faint of heart...I'm serious, it's about the noisiest fan I've ever heard, but between that and the Zalman cooler, I'm running 21c idle 45c ish loaded.

Welcome to the forums!

As for the computer, not bad, not bad. It could do with a little wire management, but overall very nice. I like the colors too, the purple and green are sweet.

Welcome to TBCS! I like. I personally wouldn't use purple, but in your case </pun> it works. I agree with Mal. Some cable management wouldn't hurt.

Sweet. Purple and Green? Very cool looking mixture of color.

It's funny, no matter how many times I see a Thermaltake Armor, I never get bored of it.

Thanks for sharing! Welcome to TBCS!

Thanks guys! Given the time, money and paitence from my wife, I hope to do a little experimenting and maybe learn a thing or two from this site. Always good to have an expensive hobby :)

-As far as the cable management goes, that thermaltake smartfan at the front move enough air that I don't worry about it..besides...they are neato UV cables that I like to look at.
here's a few more pics as requested

The purple looks great. I love it, it actually makes me want to sleeve my cables again... and i hated doing that.

if i were to do anything with those cables it would be to line them up against the mobo and mobo tray kindof weaving it through caps and stuff, lights up the mobo thsx to the UV and does great in cable management

I like how your CPU fan almost lines up perfectly with your case fan. That setup must be quite effective at cooling.

It is excellent for cooling...21c idle and about 32-35c in the midst of a BF2 firefight. I still have yet to crank up Oblivion and see how that goes though...

Arcticmod.com was the only place I was able to find purple UV sleeving by the foot...and then only one or two other places had it in a kit. I sure am glad to have it over with though. I bought and used the pin removal toos, but I still managed to bend (and break) a few of the little "wings" on the pins. total pain.
