now i don't know whats wrong with this guys wii but mine plays youtube videos. it doesn't play flash,windows media files and i think it doesn't play quicktime either but i'm not 100% sure on that last one. also mine was a bit faster that his in terms of loading.

Hey Spawn, my Wii played Flash just fine, along with youtube and quite a bit of other stuff too. It's probably just differences in the software or bugs or something. I got mine on launch day (thank you GameStop for preorders!), so it could be a difference in the OS or something like that...

i got mine on launch day too. i preordered it back when it was called the revolution. i haven't been on it (the internet) for a while so maybe they updated it with a system update. so i will have to check it out soon.
