knows how to cool the back of a vid card, i cant exactly put a hs on there since there's somany resistors, so what the heck do i do??

You can buy fans that take up an expansion bay that suck air out from underneath cards. Although being honest, there's little there that needs cooled.

well i got a fan on the front going over the fans, but the back is heating up to, ive seen people put memory hs's on before but i dont have any thermal tape

Have you tried putting the fan shroud back on your video card?

haha, its actually a lot cooler with it off, considering that it has 3 fans instead of 1 wimpy one

actually just to test it, and you may be right ill put it back on then run 3dm06, if it gets lower its worse, and ill feel it with my hand since i have no gpu measuering programs, or overclocking programs, btw if anyone has either of those plz do post links or actual files

Did your card come with the VDO Tool software? I know that my nVidia card came with that and it has the GPU temperature.

It's in the fan control panel.
