Sketch up models

I have noticed that a lot of people are using sketch up to design their cases 3d before building them to get an idea of what the case will look like.

My question is if there is a site that I am not aware of that I can download some models such as case fans to use in my case model?

Or is everyone just so precise that they cover all the details in their model 8).

I thought of it because I was reading the site sketch up tutorial and people were mentioning that it is a good idea to get everyone on board using the same tool so we could share models.

Haha, okay so perhaps I haven't gotten a real good chance to play with it yet.
