Welcome to the forums!

That's quite a nice setup. I've never heard of that heatsink before, but oh well. I'm sure it will be fine.

Painting the inside of a case? It's just like painting the outside.

1.(Optional) Un-rivet the top/anything you don't want painted off of the case.
2. Sand it down so the primer has better stickying.
3. Primer coat. Light coat, let it dry for a minute or 2, hit another light coat, let it dry completely. (Optional but for better results) Wetsand with high grit sandpaper.
4. Repeat step 3 a few more times.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with your paint color. Wetsanding now really isn't optional anymore. If you want it really nice, you'll have to do it. Then, do this again with clear coat. For a really deep shine, do lots of coats and wetsanding with 1000 or 2000 grit sandpaper.

Remember to let the paint cure a few days in between. You don't want to be wetsanding half-dry paint.

im a huge fan of the aurora case. if you want my personal opinion id go with the aurora. its a lot more unique than the armor. seems a ton of people have the armor, and its lost all appeal to me for that reason. but. its totally up to you really. its whatever you like better.

and that heatsink you have there. haven't heard anything about it, but.. reading a bit about it, Artic SilverŪ5 Thermal Grease and Adjustable fan speed control included sounds like a bonus to me.

BFG tends to OC their cards in the factory, so you probably won't be able to push it higher than it already is.

eVGA makes excellent quality products. They are probably the only nVidia brand I'll buy (Maybe XFX but eVGA comes first).
