low voltage .... ?

my current CPU is an P4 2.4 ghz northwood 478 socket
the standard Vcore value is 1.5 -1.56v
i'm now running it with 2.4ghz but 1.2-1.25v, and its stable under full load, the temp did not climbed over 38 degrees, and the 80mm fan on the modest copper heatsink is spinning at 2700RPM

is there anything i should wary about ?
