I'm a Texan and iv'e been a Texan all my life and now im finally moving. I'm moving to or near Brooklyn, NY. I know a few people including Crimson that live in NY thats why im here to ask a few question.

Whats the bad part of the city to where you don't want to go, such as ally ways, and certain places?

Where would be the best place to get an apartment at, it doesn't have to be near Brooklyn, but close enough since I am going to be traveling to the army base just about every day?

Whats some main attractions?

Cant think of anymore questions right now but if you don't mind answering those few things it would probably help me out lots.

Well im 16 and its my step dad that is going to be stationed in Fort Hamilton. My mom will probably get a job on the base so not too far away. For now we will live on the base until we find a decent place to stay.
