Stories of computer madness

Have you ever physically done something to a computer? Perhaps gotten so angry that you hurt it? The only thing I've done was smash a keyboard. It was just giving me so much trouble, and ****ing up my computer. So I took it outside, put it on a big concrete step, and smashed it with a 20 lb sledge hammer. It left 1 or two very minor dents in the step. A few people stared at what I was doing as they walked by. I believe there are still bits of it laying around in the yard, such as keys. So, have you ever just lost it and done something, or heard any crazy stories of people ****ing up their computers?

I once got pissed off over something and walked away from my computer with a pair of headphones on. Lets just say the headphones came of worse then I did.

Eh, all of them were Mac users :p.

They either:

a. Chunked an iMac out the window.
b. Kicked in the side panel of a Mac.
c. Beat the sh!t out of their Mac.
d. Dismantled everything and used them as scrap parts.

We'll not get into what I've done... a bit too... too... too, umm... let's just not worry about it for now, okay? lol :D

But yeah, soooo glad I didn't screw anything up bigtime though, except for that Socket A which would've died on it's own anyway, and I like my Pentium D oh so much more at the moment, lol.

I had an old pentium I kept kicking around the room once. No damage to it at all though. It still works. The case is going to be a future mod of mine, till then it is a secret though.

i had a DVD drive once that i took apart and then gave to my friend. it destroyed his favorite DVD. after that i took it outside and showed it who's boss. it came back in a plastic bag :D

I used to work with a guy who would destroy one keyboard per week. He was a real violent son of a somthing.

I've dealt with users that kick their machines. Not a little either. Needless to say, they didn't get new ones.

I used to have an old beige steel server cases from the 80's sitting in my garage. Whenever working on computers made me angry enough, I would take a 3lb sledge I use on firewood and release agression. I got rid of the case after my last move, seeing as I don't use it much anymore & it was in bad shape.
