running virus/spyware programs

i know there is already a thread for this but it my question will never get answered. is it ok to run a virus program (nortan 2007) with 2 spyware programs (adaware se personal, and spybot S&D) at the same time?

Yes; it will slow down your computer while they are running. Norton isnt that recommended.

Should cause you no problems conflict wise, make sure u update them to keep on top of things, outdated antivirus/spyware is almost pointless no matter how many you have ;)

would whack on ZoneAlarm (http://www.zonealarm.com/store/content/catalog/products/sku_list_za.jsp?dc=56pus&ctry=GB&lang=en) if your have no other firewall too

i read your guide and for nortan is your only problem with it that it slows down your computer? becuase my computer seems to be fine for what it is.

Norton causes alot of problems. Well has cause me alot of problems so I steer away from it altogether.
