I seriously want to put a camera in a hat or something and then broadcast it

I've seriously been thinking about doing it. A camera that I could put in a hat or something and then broadcast it live when I go out. The first problem, is how would I transmit the video to Internet? Perhaps I could mod a cell phone to work as a transmitter as some sort. I really have no idea. But what I say, is that all of us team up together, and combine our thought, and actually get this to work. Who's in!

I'm not buying something pre-made thing like that. I can get my own camera and come up with a power source for it myself. And that's the easy part. The problem is how could it be trasmitted online.
