have you ever actually made a plexi box for the mobo instead of just a cover? this question for anyone else too.

thought of maybe just a plexi enclosure, with the appropriate holes for the heatsink/fan, pci cards, power and other cables... with a hole on the side with a duct to an intake fan.... then maybe another duct from a 2nd intake fan to the cpu heatsink?

that ones is kinda of but not exactly a box...... and i've actually already looked at all his threads on TBSC.....such great work

Why don't you head on ove4 the ozcasemodz (http://forum.ozcasemodz.com/) forum he posts a reasonable amount there and it is where his blow hole tut is located.
