You know how some cases have small compartment doors that hide the front I/O port. I want to know to make your own. Can anyone tell me how?

Well, you can look at the designs for a few different types, decide what you want to make, and replicate it.

You could also do something really fancy, like the Blast Door from Doom3 or something.

The easiest way is to modify drive stealthing to I guess I/O stealthing.
Type drive stealthing into google and look at different tutorials for an idea of what I mean.

You know these panels that hides the buttons and RCA ports on the front of a TV? You could go that way. =)

Going on that you could salvage the panel that covers the adjustment knob on an old Gateway monitor and try modding that into the case.
