I think so. I love it. It makes a huge difference if you play first person shooters. It helped out my BF2142 skillz.

Theres not that much more to see. It's just black on the sides and that pattern on the top. I used drywall tape to get the pattern.

yeah the g 5 is great, if you set the advancd game settings you can have 5 custom dpi settings controlled by the mouse and have 1000 communications from mouse to comp a secong

hey commando if i ship you mine can you do a paint job for me? ill pay shipping both ways and give you 20 bucks

If its Logitech, its worth the money. You should know better than to ask such a silly question! ;)

Although, I will say that their cheaper stuff isn't exactly on par with some of their more expensive stuff. But thats the difference between $15 and $50 now isn't it? ^_^

Heck yea, that would be awesome to have something custom painted by our one and only commando!

Do you do laptops man? Pff, I would love to have my Dell Inspiron 9200 in digi-camo! Hmm, and maybe some black trim... :drools:

Dude,I got a job. The guys that do this stuff for a living are lucky and are awesome. It will be a couple of years before I'm even close the same league as some of those guys.

To give you an example. Check this guys's stuff out. Mike Lavelle is a master.

hey commando if i ship you mine can you do a paint job for me? ill pay shipping both ways and give you 20 bucks good idea, but to tell you the truth these paint jobs are worth more than 20 bucks, I attempted some tru-fire (that's the name of 'em, seriously) on a piece of scrap metal i had and it took me forever to do a mediocre job. I'd still love to get a Commando custom mouse done :)

Mike Lavelle is the god of flame brushing. I would die to have.... ANYTHING done by him.

But it still wouldn't be as cool as sporting that Commando Logo! ;)

That skull, would be killer to have in the center of my laptop where the Dell symbol is now. :P

Hey Commando, what do you use to make stencils? Regular old tape, or what? (I'm talking about a stencil for something like the skull on the mouse).

For the skull logo I printed it out on paper and put it on top of a piece of masking tape. Then I cut out the outline of both the inside and outside. Then I used the masking tape as a small stencil. I'd be glad to take a picture of it if you need me to.

Just a quick tip. If you have an Airbrush that has the little deflector on the tip, you can take it off for really detailed work. It's just way more easy to bend the needle with that air deflector off.

No problem. I'll make that my next small project. It shouldn't take me long. I'll see if I get some time after work.
